It will get better Ipaq, after about a month or so i did a complete 360 and started to feel great just hang in there

Wow I haven't been to this place in over a month now.  Came straight to the last page and think that I will read the thread after taking the 8 week post vl labs. 

Funny thing is I wondered when I would come back to this thread.... Today was the day I guess to put it on the calendar.   

Amazing how I am feeling this morning it is better...  It only took 2 hours to get out of bed.  My internal clock thinks waking up at 10am is a good idea.  I Don't!  This time next week I have to be up at 6am so I am glad to be practicing what will work.  Like going to bed much earlier and setting the i touch alarms to 5 different times...  :ahhh:  Still took me two hours of that aggravating nonsense to get up..   :lol:

Be back in 11 days to check this out.... or if someone leaves a new post I wil look at that...
