After a lifetime of eschewing make-up, I now put stuff on my face every day to make me look less dead. It was reassuring to read that with PI's it's OK to reduce riba.
I asked my doc about Procrit when hgb first tanked and was a little miffed that he felt dose reduction was a better first step. He was right tho. Back on 1000mg and doing OK.
But if I feel I'm getting too weak, a few days of lower riba dosage seems to help a ton.

Also need to thank our own genius DougV for mentioning sublingual B12. Thank you, DougV . Been using it for a few days and feeling much better. Don't get to know how much is due to B12 and how much is
being off Incivek for 2.5 weeks now. But feel less breathless and tired these days so.....anyhow, y'all might want to try it too.

I must go powder my nose :embarrassed:

To paraphrase Miracle Max... "It just so happens that our friend here is only MOSTLY dead. There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive." So keep powdering your nose!

In order to go to the gym, I have a shower and put make up on....but hey I don't work out hard enough to sweat!   I just put the make up on as I am so pale and it helps me psychologically to have a bit of color in my face.    We do what we have to do to get through the day.   Then I go home and go to bed, too weak and tired to wash the darned stuff off!  And what is with this darned neck pain???
Here be no more dragons!  (At least for a while)
