 You folks lead me to confess that I, too, am trying to get off the disgusting Fatzivek Cookie Diet. I even hid a small amount of EV #1 (onion) in my dinner last night which.... was .... all.... veg... you are gonna laugh at me...
soy * chorizo with EV#1 and eggplant
roasted beets and sweet potatoes

*however, I will not, and I repeat will NOT, eat real chorizo made with lymph nodes and salivary glands! Nope. That's non-food.

but really, I'd rather just eat cookies.

Sounds great, Alice! An anti-oxidant feast. Love beets too.  And DougV (what's that V stand for anyhow, hm?), I had a feeling you had broad tastes : )

Everything tastes terrible! I have started drinking soy milk and it's pretty good...really nothing has any flavor...I have been enjoying things that are really garlickly lately for some reason. I like it normally but now I think it's the only thing that tastes pure so I am probably walking around reeking like garlic...LOL...another fun thing to add to the list of "my life is hell". hahaha.
Since being off the Incivek I have lost five pounds, lord knows it's not from exercise...too dang tired all the time.
Good news! My doctor finally thinks I am nuts enough to get me on some antidepressants...never took them before but hopefully they will help me to be more tolerable to my poor family.
When this TX is over I am going on a major exercise binge.
All the things I really like to do are either illegal, immoral, or fattening.

Every week, I say next week I'm going to the gym at least 3 x. But it's cold outside and the snuggly bed sings its siren song..... So, YES, let's wait till after tx  :ahhh:

THANX A LOT PEOPLE! Like I wasn't already a psycholocical mess, you had to dredge up all the horrible dinner time events of my childhood. My mother thought the EV's were our best friend. She claimed to enjoy liver and onions, squash, a blob of cottage cheese on lettuce. Who would even think of trying to make cheese from an old sod home anyway? Thank goodness I discovered our mentally challenged dog would eat just about anything with enough french dressing on it, and the fact that she was small enough to stand under the table. Later I also discovered putting the napkin wrapped nastiness on the window ledge behind the kitchen curtains, or in one of the potted plants that were everywhere. " You can't go out to play until you empty your plate" began sounding less like a death sentence. By the way, I have discovered that disguising itself as guacomole works for avacado, even though I know the horrible truth that is all EV.   Now , I have to get my ipod and try to erase the memories of my youth.   Kirk
