So, my wife volunteered us to host Christmas eve dinner.  Here is the menu:

spiral ham
lasagna
blue cheese potatoes
home made mac and cheese
stuffing
home made rolls
salad (unknown, sister in law bringing)
various deserts.

not sure what,  have been kicked out of the kitchen.

 :)

happy holidays to all of you

We will be having a Southern Christmas dinner here in Washington.  My daughter and her partner and their 2 newly aquired daughters (just got custody) and my son will be here.  There will be a glazed spiral ham, chicken and dressing, glazed carrots, asparagus casserole, mashed potatoes, rolls, cherry cream cheese pie, 2 buttermilk pies and a chocolate pie.  I am making myself hungry!  Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a healthy New Year.  I will not be starting tx. until Jan. 2nd so this is going to be a celebration of that and of Life in general.  Thank you all for being my friends and for standing with me in battle with the  :dragon:.

We were blessed with great weather yesterday so my 2 sons, wife and I headed out of town to see my sisters and their families. I was missing family badly and they are all we have. A wonderful day; it truly made Christmas for me this year. Haven't seen them since mid-summer, so this was very special!

So today, my darling wife will make us a traditional Christmas dinner; turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy crescent rolls...assorted desserts. Just the four of us, but that's fine, I'm feeling a ton of gratitude for all the love given & received. My second Christmas free of Hep C makes it even more spiritually rewarding.

May 2012 bring us that much closer to the end of HCV on this earth.

 peace

Hope everyone's is the best ever, and that Santa brings us all SVR!
