ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BOCEPRIVIR?
« on: May 24, 2011, 08:15:07 AM »
Hi friends.  My dr is recommending Boceprivir rather than Teleprivir.  There has not been as much press about it, and i would like some first hand experience regarding success, sides, etc.  Any research or other info anyone has would be appreciated also. Dr is talking about starting me back up on tx right away.  He says both drugs are approved, and I can start Boceprivir within a couple weeks or Teleprivir within a month.  Guess that is good news for lots of folks here who have been waiting. Thanks for your input as always.

Have you checked the results for both in regards to working with retreatments.  I am under the impression that telaprevir has better results for those that have failed treatment prior, but do not have the numbers to back that up.  I will see what I can find.
I hate to advocate drugs, alcohol, or insanity to anyone, but they've always worked for me.    Hunter S. Thompson
