Liver Centre Toronto On.

I got a letter From my GP DOCTOR from Sunnybrook Hospital to meet him at the Toronto Western .
Hospital (Liver Centre) .In April 2011 . This is where he sent my Name and info to to put me on the Clinical Trial list.The letter just give the date time and where.
But bring all if any MEDS. Im using. I''ll Try to find out more on this Next year when the DR. is back .  :grin: i'm hoping I going to be doing a Trial
for new Meds.

That is a great centre! I used to know  Dr Jenny Heathcote there back when she was a resident. She wouldn't likely remember me now but she's a smart cookie!

thanks for thinking of me Greyrocker..I had asked my nurse about doing the trial thing and she said it would be like starting over again.Ex...The waiting process,tests,results,it would take time.Where I am now they have treated me really well and I love them all(MY NURSE IS A 6 FOOT blonde with blue eyes and single)...they are still waiting for the new drug and might have it by March when my nex app. is and my insurance is good for a year on W.S.I.B.....Big Al...this is great news for you and many others I am sure and it will always be there if I need it too...Who knows what the future holds???????

Looks like it going to be a great 2011 after all. Got a e-mail back from My GP NURSE. about my meeting in april to the liver centre. Here is Her reply

HI Allen.

This would be the appointment that Dr. Cohen requested.  It is a second opinion sort of thing where your situation will be reviewed.  Dr. Cohen did tell them that you are interested in a study, so I am sure that they will consider you for one of their studies.  Good Luck!
