Treats After Treatment
« on: September 12, 2010, 03:17:57 PM »
What am I looking forward to after tx? Well of course, I WANT to seriously clean my place! See my family and have friends over and do some Grillin'!

BUTwhat about something else... Well I love the show So You Think You Can Dance and if they have a show close by then that would be so much fun.  As long as I don't have a panic attack being around that many people. Then I am throwing away panic attacks when I clean house..  lol

Maybe if the Voca People ever come to the states I would love to see them....

So what Treats are you looking forward to....???  I would love to add to my list so let's hear them!

Hi Ipaqgps

When I finished treatment, the first thing I did was eat ice cream!  Now, unfortunately, my body has rediscovered food and I am rapidly working on my Buddha belly (no offense to anyone - just what I look like right now).

Finishing treatment is awesome, once it sinks in that you're done. I bought myself a bunch of stuff too...now I'm paying the plastic bill!

Take care and Happy Celebration when you are done.

The tour for the So You Think You Can Dance is coming to San Jose.... Just a quick trip down the freeway....  On Nov. 10th.... A month early..... So that one is off the list...

Mac a little belly is a good thing or that is what my head keeps saying.... Hope the shopping spree was worth the pay off time!  What did you get?

I am thinking it is seriously time for a puppy...my bird wants one!     Puppy breath, puppy licks and puppy poo..

I bought myself some new clothes, a Kindle reader, some massage certificates (mmmm - couldn't have one when I was on tx - my blood pressure was too low and I had some really NICE riba rash).

Enjoy So You Think You Can Dance and maybe that puppy!  I have two Bassett Hounds at home and they were my buddies on bad days especially.

About a month after I finished Tx near the end of May, I booked a vacation for my wife and I for the winter. That was our gift for both of us; me for finishing the year from hell, and her for putting up with me!  :whistling: So, we're off to Cuba for a week in Feb. Great way to shake off the cold winter blues!

Mac I love the Kindle idea.....Gadgets are a passion of mine...Clothes well I have some that are to small in the closet and would just love to wears those again...  Hummm Are they still in style?  I buy classic pieces of course they are..

GreyRocker, CUBA!!  That sounds great....and perfect time.

Mari, Do you want a personal valet?? I know someone who is available.. :whistling:   Where you cruzin to?

But I was thinking as I feel asleep about something..... To sign up for an open Mic nite at a comedy place and do 3 minutes.  It has been on the to do list for a few years now but when I started getting sick in 2005 seems like my humor went with it... I do believe it could come back and may try to find some way to work hcv into it for more public awareness. There will be some humor in this somewhere...

I am still thinking and adding......

Also just might have to have a Cold one!!

first, I booked a weekend getaway for me and the wife and then this past summer went out to San Francisco.  It was so nice to travel and not feel like crap.
